Your app isn't working the way I think it should. What are my options?
Send us a note and we’ll work with you to figure our what’s not working. Email us at apps[at]treebetty.com and we’ll do our best to get things working to your satisfaction. If you’re still not happy, we’ll refund you via PayPal.
I’m not happy with this app and I want my money back. How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, Apple hides all payment information from developers so we have no way of giving you a direct refund. Fortunately, it’s easy to contact Apple directly and get a refund from them:

Let us know if you have difficulty receiving a refund from Apple and we’ll refund you via PayPal.
